The Clinic Process

Associates will participate in the development of a new venture. While most new ventures will be health industry focused, the new venture development process, and consequently the work associates will engage in, is highly varied. It is varied in functional expertise required: Some associates will focus on strategy, while others on finance. It is varied in development stage: Some new ventures are no more than ideas, while others are already small businesses. The benefit to associates is exposure to real-world business problems faced by venturing individuals. The skills – teamwork, problem solving, strategy, personal resilience, and others – developed during participation are transferable to a variety of industries and job roles.
